Peter spent 34 years in the British Army as a technical officer, engineer and logistician. His last military appointment was Programme Director of the Tactical Communication System across all 3 services. From 2005 to 2018 Peter was Director of Operations (Engineering) with General Dynamics UK and at Jacobs Engineering based in Reading, Bristol and Oman. Peter holds a BSc in Engineering and an MSc in Corporate Management. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Engineering and Technology and a Chartered Engineer.
Simon is a Member of the Association for Project Management and holds a DPhil (PhD) from the University of Oxford and Master’s Degrees in Engineering (Cambridge) and Chemistry (Oxford). He is a director of Modini Solutions and has previously been Programme Manager for HS2 ltd and held senior roles in various government departments, including the Ministry of Defence where he worked on programmes supporting the Queen Elizabeth Class Aircraft Carriers.
Colin has 20+ years’ experience in delivering innovative technology solutions. As Head of Project Management at McLaren he was responsible for cutting edge products in race car control & electric vehicles at the pinnacle of motorsport; he has developed military radios and mobile communication systems with Siemens; and airborne radar with BAE Systems. Colin holds a BEng(Hons) in Microcomputer System Engineering from University of Glasgow, a Chartered Engineer, Member of the Institute of Engineering & Technology, Member of the Association for Project Management.
Richard completed nearly 20 years in the Royal Navy, much of his time spent under the water leading and managing the marine engineering team on board nuclear powered submarines. Since leaving the RN he has completed a MBA at Strathclyde University Business school, and worked in the engineering consultancy business both on technical delivery and business development supporting renewable, nuclear and defence customers. Richard’s previous roles involved product sales of innovative subsea 3D acoustic imaging systems, responsible for the worldwide sales & marketing to a range of subsea construction & survey companies. Richard holds a BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from Heriot-Watt University, a PGDip in Nuclear Reactor Technology from Surrey University and a MBA from Strathclyde University.
Molly Reyes is the Director of Strategy and Business Development for CSignum, a leading provider of wireless subsea solutions. Molly is an offshore expert with over 20 years of experience across the energy industry value chain. Molly has held a variety of commercial and technical roles focused on subsea infrastructure, asset economics, regulatory policy and corporate strategy, offering an interdisciplinary view of technology adoption. Molly holds a Master of International Business degree from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, TX. Passionate about education Molly also sits on two volunteer boards serving underprivileged students.
